Managing office politics
As junior professionals, we are encouraged to focus on developing our technical skills and experience. However, there are other professional skills that are just as important in progressing our careers and contributing to our organisations. One of these skills is learning how to navigate office politics. In this session, Joanna Gaudoin, Managing Director of Inside Out Image, will walk us through what office politics are, how we can get better at building relationships and addressing conflict, and what we can do to change the office dynamic.
After the talk, there will be an opportunity to mingle and exchange ideas over drinks and canapés.
Venue: Stewarts, 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3BF (Chancery Lane/Holborn/Blackfriars tube stations)
Members price: £free (log in before checking out to receive your discount)
This event is open only to Young Professionals with up to 10 years PQE - please respect these limits for effective networking.
